w3dash brings time tracking, CRM, live website visitors and an AI assistant together on Odoo.
Every company gets its own database, at its own address, so your people, projects and customers are never mixed with anyone else’s.
Who we are?
w3dash was built for teams that are tired of running their business across disconnected tools — one app for hours, another for deals, a third for website chat, and spreadsheets in between. We put those jobs on a single Odoo database and host that database as your company’s own workspace.
When you join w3dash, your company does not become a row in a shared system. Your address is your database — for example, acme.w3dash.com is the database acme. Nothing is shared with the next customer.
Private by design
Every company gets its own database, at its own address. People only see the records they are allowed to see, and access rights and record rules apply to everything — including the AI assistant, which acts as the signed-in user.
Optional two-factor sign-in and an IP allow-list add guardrails on the account, with exclusions for the office and for monitoring.
We set up the account
A new company is usually ready in a few minutes, with Time Tracker and the project tools installed. You invite the team, and the desktop agent sends each person to their own company’s server when they sign in with their email.
From there the workspace is yours: projects and tasks, hours and approvals, leads and deals, and the people visiting your site — in one place.
