One workspace for the team and the pipeline.
w3dash hosts time tracking, CRM, live visitors, and an AI assistant on Odoo. Every company gets its own database, at its own address. People only see the records they are allowed to see.
Time Tracker
Sessions, screenshots, app usage, and job-site clock-in, tied to projects and tasks.
CRM
Leads, accounts, contacts, and deals, with scoring, territories, and stage rules.
SalesIQ
See who is on the site, invite them to chat, and turn the visit into a lead.
AI Assistant
Ask questions in plain language. The assistant acts as the signed-in user.
Know where the hours went.
The desktop agent records work sessions against employees, projects, and tasks. Screenshots and screen recordings stay in your filestore, or on Cloudflare R2 behind expiring links. Activity is keyboard and mouse counts only. Keystrokes are never stored.
Managers get a dashboard, a timeline, and reports for hours, projects, app usage, office versus remote, unusual activity, and approvals. Field teams clock in on a geofenced job site. Manual time goes through a request.
A CRM that behaves like the one your team already knows.
Leads, accounts, contacts, and deals sit in one header. A form on any website creates the lead. Scoring marks it Hot, Warm, or Cold. Territories assign an owner. A blueprint blocks a stage move until the required fields and checklist are done. Protected stages and large discounts wait for approval.
Convert builds the account, the contact, and the deal, and carries the email thread with them. A Zoho export uploads as it is.
Talk to the people already on the site.
One script records the visitor, the page, the referrer, and the country, and loads live chat. Operators see who is online and can invite them. An email typed in the chat, or passed from the page, becomes a CRM lead with the visit attached. If the same page also has your lead form, the submission and the visitor are the same record, and chats count toward the lead score.
An assistant that cannot see more than the person asking.
The AI assistant sits inside Time Tracker and talks to your database as the signed-in user. Access rights and record rules still apply. It can look things up and update records. It cannot step outside that user’s permissions.
Own database
acme.w3dash.com is the database acme. Nothing is shared with the next customer.
Agent finds the account
People sign in with their email. The agent is sent to that company’s server. The password is never seen by the directory.
Guardrails on the account
Optional two-factor sign-in, and an IP allow-list with exclusions for the office and for monitoring.
We set up the account.
A new company is usually ready in a few minutes, with Time Tracker and the project tools installed.
